WE HELP TO CONQUER ŚNIEŻKA
The “Zbyszek” cable railway brings tourists to the peak of Kopa. The ride takes about 8 minutes. With good visibility, one can admire a beautiful view of the Karkonosze and the panorama of Jelenia Góra Valley, while sitting on the railway chairs. At the upper station of “Zbyszek” there is a black tourist trail.
• This route leads to the highest peak of the Karkonosze – Śnieżka (1603 m a.s.l). You can get there in less than an hour. The route is paved and very easy to cover. It has been adjusted to the needs of disabled persons. About halfway to Śnieżka there is “Dom Śląski” – a picturesque historic hostel.
• By going down along the black trail, you can get to the bottom station of the “Zbyszek” cable railway. Along the way, you pass the charming White Ravine (Biały Jar). In this area, the black trail crosses a yellow trail. “Yellow” sings lead to the “Academic Thatch” (Strzecha Akademicka) hostel. And from there, by following “blue” signs, you can get to the beautifully situated “Samotnia” hostel.
